GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is a piece of new legislation that sets out the rules on two things.  

  • How organisations including schools will process peoples personal data and keep it safe. 
  • The legal rights people have over their own data. 

It came into effect from 25 May 2018

The changes are intended to protect sensitive or confidential information about people including school staff and pupils. As an employer we are required to observe the new conditions set out in the GDPR.  For further information please contact:
